Better Health Tai Chi® has the aim of making the health benefits of tai chi and qigong (chi gung) better known and more widely available

 

Specifically we teach material from the Taoist Water tradition which dates back to Lao Tzu, and which was  brought to the West  by lineage holder B. K. Frantzis

 

We offer workshops, weekly classes, small group and private lessons in a relaxed but purposeful environment
